A year after the state Legislature legalized medical marijuana, suppliers in Minnesota are now allowed to sell to the public. However, the controversy surrounding medical marijuana is far from over.

A new study published in "The Journal of the American Medical Association" offers evidence that the drug's benefits are incomplete.
