Located in the Prospect Park neighborhood, Surly Brewing's new complex has been in the works for years. The 'destination brewery' has a former Solera restaurant chef cooking in the kitchen, gas-fueled fire pits waiting on the patio and a 58-spot bike rack cyclists outside.
