Dense fog advisory, chance thunderstorms
We begin our Sunday with areas of dense fog over much of central and eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. A dense fog advisory remains in effect until 9 a.m. for most of that area, and goes to 10 a.m. over southeastern Minnesota and southwestern Wisconsin:

Scattered thunderstorms
A warm front will move through Minnesota today, and it will help ignite some thunderstorms at times:
The Storm Prediction Center of the National Weather Service shows a marginal risk of severe weather for northern and central Minnesota today and tonight:
Southern Minnesota is starting out with scattered strong thunderstorms this morning, a few of those could become severe as well.
8 a.m. update:
The Storm Prediction Center of the National Weather Service has expanded the marginal risk of severe weather to include portions of southern Minnesota for today and tonight:
A slight risk of severe weather is indicated for much of northern Minnesota.

Warmer temps
Highs today will be in the lower 80s over much of Minnesota:

Some spots in southwestern Minnesota will see mid 80s, while parts of northeastern Minnesota will top out in the upper 70s.
Monday will be even warmer in many spots:
Highs will be a bit cooler on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Dew points will be rising as well, into the mid to upper 60s this afternoon and near 70 on Monday.
