Jeffrey Bock ran his All or Nothing ticket through a scanner and the message read: "Claim at the Lottery."

That typically means a decent prize and the St. Paul man figured he'd won $1,000. When he showed up at Minnesota Lottery headquarters, however, he found it was much more. He'd matched all 12 numbers to win the $100,000 top prize in the Aug. 30 drawing.

Bock's had a lucky year when it comes to the lottery. The $100,000 was his second big prize; in January 2015, he won $20,000 by playing a scratch game, the Minnesota Lottery said Tuesday.

Bock told the lottery that he had randomly chosen the numbers that won Wednesday. A St. Cloud, Minn., store sold the winning ticket.
