Duluth police are asking for the public's help locating two missing children.

Shaniya Mercedes Renee Chism, 6 months, and 2-year-old Jameicia Joy Chatman were taken by their non-custodial mother, Tameicia Louise Morris, 20, for a visit and have not been returned, the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said in a statement.

Investigators believe they may be in the Duluth area or St. Paul. Contact Duluth police at (218) 727-8770 with any information or dial 911, the BCA said.
