Today's Morning Edition music is "Part-Time Lover" by Stevie Wonder, which was No. 1 on the Billboard pop chart 30 years ago Thursday.

The song about infidelity also topped the R&B, dance and adult contemporary charts.

It was the first time that a song was at the top of four Billboard lists at the same time.

It features background vocals by Luther Vandross and was Stevie Wonder's ninth No. 1 hit. He has not had another since.
